One of my members was at the outdoor country music festival in Las Vegas with his wife when the shooting started. Officer Vinnie Etcheber told his wife (Stacee Etcheber) to run and Vinnie began to render aid to those wounded. As of this writing, Stacee is still missing. She did not have a cell phone with her at the concert and she gave her identification to Vinnie when the concert started. I have Vinnie in contact with the FBI and Las Vegas PD.
